Social media users often have a lot of online conversations hoping there was someone in authority listening to their views and perspectives on issues. The Minister for Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah and his social media team in response to this put together the “Listen Up" platform which provides an avenue for government to engage Ghanaians and take feedback.
Organized by the Ministry of Information, the live audio conversation on social networking site, Twitter is an occasional platform that enables government to listen to the plight of Ghanaians and at the same time take feedback that will aid government to better roll out its policies.
